Cultural policy panel debate during Kulturytring

A cultural policy panel debate with key figures from the Norwegian Parliament's Family and Culture Committee, the museum sector and the county councils. The topic for debate is how the mice should fulfill their social mission of securing and preserving culturally historic buildings. Who is responsible for the built heritage at the museums? How will cultural politicians work to realize the investment in building conservation in the Museums report and to work out suitable arrangements for the maintenance of buildings at the museums, and what role will the county council take in this work?

-Anders Wengen – Liberal politician, municipal council in Drammen.

- Christian Hinze-Holm - Department director for cultural heritage in Viken County Municipality

- Hulda Brastad Bernhardt - Director of the Museums in Akershus

The panel debate is led by journalist Kim Holtan.

The event is a collaboration between the Norwegian Museums Association, the Drammen Museum and the Buskerud Museum.
