Course in painting and exterior cladding
Buskerud building conservation centre, Drammens Museum and Drammen municipality invite you to a course three evenings in April/May:
- April 29 at 5:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m
- 6 May at 5.00pm-8.00pm
- 13 May at 17.00-20.00

It's spring - maybe your house needs a coat of paint? Are you considering replacing a panel on a wall, perhaps only a minor repair is necessary? In this course, we review exterior painting and paneling for older paneled wooden houses:
•Painting with linseed oil paint
•The clothing's function as weather skin and wear layer
•Material quality
•Different panel types: When they were common, and what to look for if something needs to be replaced
•Cleaning/house cleaning/boarding
•Assess previous paint types
The course object is the Sørfløyen at Marienlyst farm. The course is relevant for home owners. craftsmen, local painting companies and dealers, architects, homeowners, and other interested parties. Course holders are master painter Cecilie Ski Breen and master builder Ivar Jørstad.
Register by 25 April by filling in the registration form below. Registration is binding - if you cancel after 28 April at 12, the participation fee is invoiced regardless.
