Curator's tour with Per Bjarne Boym
Per Bjarne Boym talks about his many years of work with Thorvald Erichsen and how he sees these landscape images.
Per Bjarne Boym (1946) is a Norwegian art historian who has curated exhibitions with a number of Norwegian artists and artists from the USA, China and others. He has been a director at Kunstnernes Hus, Lillehammer Art Museum, Bergen Municipality's art collections, the Munch Museum / Oslo Municipality's art collections and the Museum of Contemporary Art. He has published a number of books and texts on artists and art historical subjects. In 1986 he had a research grant with Thorvald Erichsen's art as the theme. Since then, he has worked to create an overview of Erichsen's total production.
