Art criticism fired!

Spring's panel will consist of Sandra Lorentzen, Øivind Storm Bjerke and Åsmund Thorkildsen

The concept is inspired by cooking and music programs on television. We have organized two evenings with this concept and find that the audience finds this both educational and entertaining. The taste panel selects works from the history of art which will be a blind test for the others on the panel following patterns from cake and cookery programs on TV. They are therefore challenged to give an immediate and spontaneous art critique on the spot! They have not had the opportunity to prepare for the meeting with the art that the others have selected. How do they judge the same artwork? What is subjective or objective? What knowledge do you need? What determines whether we think something is good or bad art?
