Meeting point Museum
"Meeting place The museum" will be an informal meeting place, and is an open invitation to children and adults in multicultural associations and groups in Drammen for a free, dialogue-based tour where we bring in an interpreter as needed. These associations are encouraged to contact to register their interest in the offer.
We use the old houses at Marienlyst, with a visit to Torpostua, and the exhibitions, "Mica and benefit" and "Objects for life", related to town and village folk art and objects from the 17th - 1800s. Afterwards, there will be a social gathering with coffee and waffles in the Lyche pavilion, or in the museum park.
This is a free offer with the desire to reach out to new users.
