Curator tour

Last viewing day and curator's tour of the exhibition What Looks Good is a Joy Forever which has shown the latest purchases for the extraordinary corona funds.

The exhibition shows works by Marie Buskov (sculpture), Tyra Tingleff (painting), Ulla-Mari Brantenberg (glass), Borgny Svalastog (textile), Bente Sætrang (textile) and Ingrid Lønningdal (textile and gouache). The design languages are all modern and provide a freshness that characterizes contemporary art. It ranges from sharp and concise form in sculpture, over free, liquid forms in glass and painting, to geometric, rhythmic patterns and lush, tactile surfaces in textile.
