Children's Christmas at the museum

Welcome to the children's Christmas at the museum on Sunday, November 30th, 11am-3pm! This is a family event with a focus on traditions and the Christmas spirit – with workshops for Christmas decorations and carpentry, ramp elves at Hallingtunet, Christmas stories, decorated courtyard and yard, horse riding, Santa and music.

Marienlyst is open to the public. There is an exhibition with Mona K. Lalim on the 1st floor and a fairy tale hour that creates a Christmas atmosphere for all ages on the 2nd floor.

The courtyard will be decorated with a Christmas tree, and in the West Wing there will be a workshop where children can make Christmas gifts. There will also be an opportunity to make Christmas tree decorations for the Christmas tree in the courtyard. You can also make Christmas decorations inside the museum building. 

There will also be Christmas fun with horse riding in the park and sausages, waffles and mulled wine in the cafe at the Lychepaviljongen.

Velkommen til en flott dag med julestemning på museet på Marienlyst for både store og små.
