See the city with new eyes!

In the museum's new exhibition on urban photography, students explore iconic cities like New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Through powerful images, they encounter both the visible and the often overlooked – all that together makes up a city.

Together we examine what a big city can represent, and what Drammen means to us today. In an everyday life where we constantly see the world through our mobile camera, the exhibition provides a new entrance to the power and possibilities of photography.

The visit begins with an active exploration of the exhibition, where students participate through tasks and reflections on the cityscapes. We then move on to the workshop, where the class works practically and creatively with photography – inspired by what they have experienced.
